Learn more about Dr. Grimberg and request her to speak at your next event

It is her passion to help people with vulvas live active lifestyles and have enjoyable sex without pain, fear or guilt.

She worked hard to overcome her own guilt, shame, pain and fear around sex due to the side effects from purity culture. She wants to help others do the same within the boundaries of their comfort levels.

Mary is also a cancer survivor as she underwent treatment in 2019 for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. This experience has lead her to have a more of a mind-body approach in her PT practice, and in all aspects of life.

She enjoys hiking, exploring nature, practicing mindfulness, weightlifting, walking, stand-up comedy, playing the piano, having deep and meaningful conversations, and last but not least, playing with her doggy, Ms. Maya Papaya Grimberg.
